Amenities & Facilities

  • Do Townhomes Have Pools?

    No, however, we have a water park, pool, and spa for our guests to enjoy. You can also reserve a poolside cabana for the day by calling Guest Services at 863-430-0555.

  • What Are The Toiletries In The Vacation Homes?

    Every vacation home is equipped with toiletries sufficient for one to two-day use. Our “starter pack” includes mini shampoo, shower gel, lotion, toilet paper, one tab of dishwashing detergent, one bin liner, one pack of detergent, one dryer sheet. Of course, if you need more please contact guest services.

  • Is There A Hair Dryer In The Home?

    Yes, all of our vacation homes include a hair dryer.

  • What Is The Private Pool’s Depth?

    Our private pools have an approximate slope to 5 ft depth.

  • Will I Get A Garage Door Opener?

    All vacation homes within the resort are restricted from having access to the garage door openers.

  • Can I Heat My Private Pool?

    In some cases. Not all homes are equipped with pool heat and may not be available if not reserved as a part of the original reservation requesting pool heat.

    During summer, it is usually not recommended to add pool heating since the average temperature of the pool is around 85-88 degrees. However, if that’s something you wish for, that could be done. Please request at least 72 hours before your arrival if you want to have your pool ready by the time of checking-in. If you happen to request that during checking-in, please allow 24-48 hours for the pool to be heated completely.

  • Is There A Playground On Property?

    Yes, there is a Splash Playground on property. We will have a dry playground in the near future.

  • What’s The Height Requirements For The Slides At The Waterpark?

    The height requirement for both slides at the Splash Playground is 48''.

  • Are There Dvd Players In The Home?

    No, however, we have a water park, pool, and spa for our guests to enjoy. You can also reserve a poolside cabana for the day by calling Guest Services at 863-430-0555.

Water Park

  • Is The Water Park Open To The Public?

    Yes! Day passes are available for purchase for the water park. Day passes are based on availability and can be purchased from a server at Balmoral Bar and Grill or by clicking here.

  • What Are The Water Park Hours?

    Balmoral Clubhouse, Pool and Water Park open daily at 11 am and closes at dusk.

  • How Much Does It Cost To Come To The Water Park?

    The cost of the Water Park is included in the Resort Fee. For guests not staying on property, pricing for day passes can be provided by a server at Balmoral Bar and Grill or by clicking here.

  • Are Reservations Required For Day Passes Or Cabana Rentals?

    At this time, reservations are not required but pool day passes and cabana rentals cannot be guaranteed and are based on availability.

  • Should We Bring Our Own Towels?

    Yes, if you are visiting us without staying in one of our vacation homes please bring towels. If you are staying as a guest in our resort, please bring the pool towels from your home.

  • Is There A Lifeguard On Duty?

    There is no lifeguard on duty.

  • Are Children Allowed There Alone?

    No, all children under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult.

  • Can I Bring My Own Food And Drinks?

    We do not allow outside food and beverage. Balmoral Bar & Grill offers a full lunch and dinner menu and a full bar.

  • What Time Is Check-In And Check-Out?

    Guests who have received their pre-arrival information may check-in to their vacation home at 4:00 pm. Requests need to be made in advance for early check-ins and will be granted on availability. Fees may apply. Departing guest should vacate the home by 10:00 am daily.



    Late check-outs must be requested by 5:00 pm the previous day of departure and late check-out fees must be paid. Failure to check out on time may result in late check out fees being applied.

  • How Many People Can I Have In My Home?

    2 Bed Townhome: 6 person max

    3 Bed Townhome: 8 persons max

    3 Bed Pool Home: 8 Persons max

    4 Bed Pool Home: 10 Persons max

    5 Bed Pool Home: 12 Persons max

    6 Bed Pool Home: 14 Persons max

  • Can I Invite People To Join Us At Our Home And The Clubhouse During Our Stay?

    Any non-registered visitors must be approved by Guest Services and parking permits must be obtained. For visitors to use resort amenities, resort fees per person must be paid in advance at Guest Services at the Clubhouse. No visitors are to be in the resort past sundown except while patronizing the Balmoral Bar & Grill or pool area accompanied by the registered guest. The resort will not permit parties, celebrations, “get-togethers” and the like without signing additional agreement acknowledging the rules and regulations for visitors.

    Yes

    2 and 3 Bedroom Townhome - $20.00 Per Night + 12% Tax
    3 Bedroom Home - $25.00 Per night + 12% Tax
    4 Bedroom Home - $30.00 Per Night + 12% Tax
    5 and 6 Bedroom Homes - $35.00 per night + 12% Tax

  • Is There A Cleaning Fee?

    Yes, cleaning fees are assessed for all stays and vary per vacation home type.

  • What Are The Mid-Stay Cleaning Fees?

    We do offer mid-stay cleaning services as an optional add-on.

  • What Items Are Considered Add-Ons?

    Pricing varies per add-on: pool heating, pack-n-plays, high-chairs, and stair gates. If you are booked directly with us, please contact Reservations directly at 863-430-0555 to arrange all add-on items. If you are booked via a Tour Operator, please contact your Rep directly to arrange all add-on items.

  • What Are The Add-On Fees?

    The Balmoral Bar & Grill hours are as follows:

    Sunday – Wednesday – 11:00 am – 8:00 pm

    Thursday – Saturday – 11:00 am – 10:00 pm

  • What Are The Gym Hours?

    Our Fitness Center is open at 11:00 am daily for your convenience.
